What: The Bank of Jamaica ( BOJ) has asked ConnectiMass to invite those of you interested in attending a focus group/forum on The retail payments industry. You must be  someone who makes or facilitates electronic payments  via issuing pre-paid cards, mobile payments, ecommerce etc. Why: The Bank is in the process of developing a regulatory framework to support the orderly development of electronic payments in Jamaica to be out by this year.
